SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About Us

We are a multispecialty hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. To strengthen our outreach and branding, we are looking for a Marketing Executive/PRO who will build strong community and corporate connections, increase patient footfall, and enhance our hospital's visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance companies, and community partners.
  • Organize health camps, medical awareness programs, and hospital promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify patient needs and competitive trends.
  • Assist in digital marketing, social media promotions, and content development.
  • Track marketing activities, prepare reports, and achieve patient acquisition targets.
  • Support referral-building activities with doctors and clinics.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communication and promotional activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, and patient engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing or related industry.
  • Driving license
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
