Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and business development initiatives to establish the hospital's brand presence, attract patients, and build strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and the community. The role requires a blend of healthcare marketing expertise, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive patient footfall for a new multi-specialty hospital.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities.
- Execute branding activities including digital campaigns, print media, outdoor advertisements, and hospital events.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
Business Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate companies, TPAs, insurance providers, and referral doctors.
- Drive empanelment and tie-ups with organizations for health check-ups, medical camps, and wellness programs.
- Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, doctor meets, and networking events.
Community Outreach
- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and CSR initiatives in surrounding areas.
- Develop tie-ups with schools, colleges, and local communities to promote preventive healthcare awareness.
Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Oversee hospital's social media presence, website updates, and online reputation management.
- Monitor and respond to patient feedback on digital platforms.
- Implement CRM strategies to improve patient loyalty and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, ROI, and patient acquisition metrics.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and healthcare CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- UG/PG in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Proven track record in business development, patient acquisition, and brand building.
Work Environment
- Based at the hospital, with regular field visits for business tie-ups and community outreach.
- Flexible to work during weekends/holidays for events and campaigns as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
