Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Maharashtra, India. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes market research, negotiating contracts, and proposing business strategies to achieve revenue growth. The manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management.
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Client Acquisition, and Negotiation.
  • Strategic planning and the ability to create data-backed business growth strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industrial chemicals or lubricants sector is a plus.
