We have a vacancy with below details,

Role : Business intelligence manager

Experience -5-10

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 60 days

Interview Mode : virtual

Work Mode :WF0

shift time : rotational shift

Role & responsibilities

leading the development and implementation of data analysis solutions focused on financial data.

1) Develop and execute a comprehensive financial data strategy to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align with business objectives.

2) Establish data quality standards and implement data cleansing processes to ensure accuracy of financial data.

3) Design and build data models, dashboards, and reports that visualize key financial metrics like revenue, profitability, cash flow, and cost analysis.

4) Utilize BI tools to create interactive and user-friendly dashboards for decision-making across departments.

5) Develop advanced analytics capabilities including predictive modeling and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks.

6) Manage a team of BI analysts, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring to develop their data analysis skills.

7) Generate regular financial performance reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

8) Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

9) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

10) Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data to stakeholders

Mandatory Skill Sets

1) Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and tools to optimize data analysis capabilities.

2) Evaluate and implement new data warehousing solutions to manage large volumes of financial data.

3) Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

4) Programming skills (SQL, Python) for data manipulation and analysis.

5) Excellent communication skills to present data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

6) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate business needs.

Certification Required if any

1) MBA with a concentration in Finance and degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Financial Engineering

2) Several years of experience in financial analysis or data management role .
