About the Role
:

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic and data-driven Business Intelligence & Analytics lead to spearhead our efforts in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and performance insights. This role is pivotal in shaping business strategy through deep analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Lead competition mapping, tracking key moves, product launched and go-to-market strategies of different industry players
  • Analyse industry trends, disruptions and white spaces opportunities
  • Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory environment, identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth product and portfolio analysis to support positioning and differentiation.
  • Evaluate sales and channel dynamics, assessing effectiveness and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay abreast of market movement and intelligence.

  • Analytics and Insights

  • Lead team to design and deliver dashboards and reporting framework to surface critical business insights
  • Translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights to guide business strategy and operational decisions

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure insights are aligned to business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with senior leadership, product teams, sales and marketing, operations to align intelligence and analytics with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

  • 12-18 years of experience in Business intelligence, Strategy, Products preferable in an insurance company or a bank
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong grasp of financial and business metrics with ability to drive insights from complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communications and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
