We are a growing firm in the Law Firm and Staffing industry, providing services to clients across the USA. We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (Outbound Calling) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to USA clients for lead generation & appointment setting
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in USA outbound calling (call center experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to understand & speak in a neutral/USA accent
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Professional, disciplined, and able to work independently
  • Flexible to work remotely initially and shift to onsite (Mohali) after a few months
