Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients. This role is focused on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers through research and databases.
  2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospective clients.
  3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
  4. Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
  5. Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  6. Present company products or services effectively to meet client needs.
  7. Manage and develop your diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
  8. Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
  9. Handle objections and negotiate to close deals.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
  12. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM software.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
