Cold Calling Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and goal-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, pitching services/products, and maintaining strong follow-ups with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
  • Explain the company's products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of calls in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and address their queries.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support overall business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
