Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Calling Executive located in Mohali. The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The role involves building and maintaining a database of contacts, following up on leads, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The Cold Calling Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective call scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
