Job Description
Auxiliobits is hiring a proactive and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and client outreach for the US market. The role primarily involves outbound cold calling, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing leads. Candidates with prior cold calling or B2B experience and strong communication will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through B2B outreach.
- Build quick rapport with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Present product value propositions and schedule meetings or demos.
- Maintain accurate and updated data of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong confidence in US client interaction.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn and grow.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
