We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team and help expand our business through effective client engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and manage business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other bidding portals.
  • Write proposals and interact with international clients to convert leads into successful projects.
  • Collaborate with the development and UI/UX teams to understand project requirements and client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Prepare business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-6 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in an IT services company.
  • Strong hands-on experience working on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and UI/UX design principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
