Location: Mohali
Work Mode: First 2 Months – Work from Office (Night Shift), Then Work from Home
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth in the international market. The role involves working on online portals and various channels to bring new business in Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through international platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Pitch and promote IT services including Digital Marketing, Web Development, and related solutions.
- Identify new prospects, evaluate their requirements, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct competitor and market research to contribute to business strategy.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead and revenue targets.
- Maintain activity records using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT services.
- Hands-on experience in using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts at Mohali office for initial 2 months.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.
