Role Overview

We are hiring an
Outbound Automation & Lead Generation Specialist
with strong B2B experience and deep hands-on expertise in

.

You will build & optimize outbound automation workflows, run multi-channel outreach, and drive pipeline creation.

Fluent English is mandatory.

Clear growth path to
SDR Manager
and ownership of outbound automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own setup: sequences, workflows, delays, sending schedules, mailbox integration, domain warm-up, and CRM sync.
  • Build segmented prospect lists using persona filters, technographics, intent data, and enrichment tools.
  • Run personalized outbound campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) and manage all follow-ups.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance: opens, CTR, replies, meetings booked, bounce rates.
  • Maintain clean data hygiene and accurate CRM/Apollo records.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing to align ICP, messaging, and target lists.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach results and pipeline contribution.

Required Skills

  • 4–5 years in Business Development, Lead Gen, SDR, or similar B2B roles.
  • Strong, practical command of

    (sequences, workflows, enrichment, reporting).
  • Excellent spoken & written English (non-negotiable).
  • Experience with cold outbound, personalization, deliverability, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple outbound streams.

Good to Have

  • Multi-channel outbound experience (Email + Calls + LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Understanding of ICP refinement, intent data, and sales funnels.
