Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills for the role of Technical Sales Associate. You will be responsible for generating leads, delivering product demos of our AI automation tool Chatmint, and supporting the pre-sales and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Deliver clear, engaging, and well-structured product demos of Chatmint to prospects and clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product features or solutions.
  • Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and pre-sales coordination.
  • Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and customer interactions.
  • Gather client feedback and coordinate with the internal tech/sales team for onboarding.
  • Support basic setup guidance and customer queries during initial interaction.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interest in AI tools and technology.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining product features.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation or sales (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good English (written + spoken).
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, BA etc.)
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,585.34 per month
