Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business and patient leads through proactive outreach, partnership development, and CRM-driven follow-up. This pivotal role bridges sales and marketing functions by managing outbound campaigns and supporting SEO link-building and PR outreach.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify and engage new B2C and B2B leads, including patients, referral partners, and corporate clients.
- Outreach Campaign Management: Execute personalized email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns to targeted prospects.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Use Zoho CRM to manage lead pipelines, track conversations, and prepare detailed outcome reports.
- SEO & PR Support: Support brand visibility by managing blog outreach, securing PR placements, and coordinating directory listings to drive backlinks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO and Creative teams to enable content-led outreach opportunities.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, specifically tailored for a UK audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Zoho CRM, email automation, and outreach tools.
- Digital Acumen: Solid understanding of backlink building, PR coordination, and digital partnerships.
- Attributes: Proactive approach to networking, negotiation, and relationship building.
Success Metrics (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs)
- Volume and quality of leads generated through outreach initiatives.
- Outreach-to-conversion rate (meetings booked, enquiries converted).
- Number of successful link placements and PR features secured.
- CRM engagement metrics (follow-ups, pipeline movement).
- Contribution to domain authority and organic performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹150,000.00 per month
