Job Description:

We at Digi Mantra are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating high-quality leads across international markets (US, UK, Australia), managing outreach campaigns, and driving long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted email outreach
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
  • Research target markets, industries, and competitors to uncover new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects, set up meetings, and support the sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term business value
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT or digital services
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, campaign tools, and template design
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Solid knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet lead generation targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
