Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales/business development team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads
- Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation progress
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills
