Outbound Sales Executive

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Outbound Sales Executive
with at least 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales/telesales, preferably with
US market exposure
. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and confident in handling international clients.
Location:
Mohai phase 8 A
Shift Timings:
08:30 PM - 05:30 AM (IST)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to generate leads and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
- Build strong long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience with US customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with neutral/accent-adaptable English.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
- Goal-driven with persistence and resilience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
