About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Outbound Sales Executive
with at least 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales/telesales, preferably with
US market exposure
. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and confident in handling international clients.

Location:
Mohai phase 8 A

Shift Timings:
08:30 PM - 05:30 AM (IST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to generate leads and close sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
  • Build strong long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience with US customers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with neutral/accent-adaptable English.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
  • Goal-driven with persistence and resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
