Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Executives to join our night shift team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential leads, engaging with prospects, and generating qualified leads for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
  • Pitch products/services effectively and create interest among prospects.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a proper record of client interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent communication on every call.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Shift: Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Gender: Male candidates only (due to night shift operational requirements).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejections confidently.
