Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify IT leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and other online sources.
- Perform cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email marketing to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and manage an organized database of prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups on all previous leads.
- Draft and send business proposals, manage order processing, and conduct payment follow-ups when required.
- Collaborate closely with the sales managers, marketing, and project teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate project delivery and long-term client retention.
- Conduct market research and explore new business development strategies to identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and client interactions.
Client Interaction Regions
- Engage and communicate directly with clients from the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
- Build strong, professional relationships through effective communication, timely responses, and high-quality service delivery.
- Understand client requirements, provide relevant solutions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction across international markets.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) with a fluent, confident command of English.
- Proven experience in IT lead generation and international business development.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation tools.
- Proficiency in prospect research (email & phone data mining) and proposal writing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage international clients effectively.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or flexible hours to align with global time zones.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and services simultaneously while meeting sales KPIs and deadlines.

Pay: ₹9, ₹39,972.06 per month
