Business Development Representative (US Markets)

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: US EST Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and connect with US-based prospects. You'll play a key role in driving B2B lead generation, initiating conversations with potential clients, and qualifying leads for our growing sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, enjoy client interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects and qualify leads.
  • Understand customer needs and identify relevant business opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong US accent
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or outbound calling (preferred).
  • Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
