Sr. Business Development Executive – Inbound Sales
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Industry: B2B & B2C (Product/Service-Based)
Shift: EST Shift — 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage inbound leads via emails, calls, and live product/service demonstrations
· Own the complete sales lifecycle—from initial customer engagement to final closure
· Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across communication channels
· Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to client needs and business goals
· Drive revenue by closing deals and ensuring timely, personalized follow-ups post-demo
· Maintain updated and accurate lead information within the CRM system
· Analyze lead quality, conversion patterns, and provide insights to improve processes
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of experience in inbound sales, business development, or client-facing roles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Prior experience dealing with both B2B and B2C customer segments
· Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong persuasion skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset
· Hands-on experience with CRMs, sales funnels, and lead management tools
· Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in US shift timings
