We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Freelance Business Development Executive to work from home and drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to independently generate leads, and a proven track record in client engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant services/solutions.
- Schedule virtual meetings, demos, and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage CRM updates, follow-ups, and track conversions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Provide weekly updates on pipeline, leads, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Business Development / Sales (freelance or full-time).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and online platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote WFH environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in IT services, staffing, HR solutions, or SaaS sales.
- Understanding of end-to-end sales cycle and proposal creation.
- Basic presentation and documentation skills.
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
