**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Sales**:

- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns.
- **Outbound Sales**:

- Identify sales opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
