**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients across various sectors, including colleges, corporates, and retail customers.
- Identify and engage potential clients for bulk t-shirt orders, bespoke web development projects, and comprehensive dropshipping services.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by building and sustaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Regularly report on sales progress and forecast future sales volumes to align with the company’s objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the apparel, web development, or dropshipping industries.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- High degree of self-motivation and organization, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; experience with sales management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
