Role Overview
As a Salesforce Presales Specialist, you will be the solutioning partner for our Sales team—engaging with potential clients, identifying their business challenges, and designing Salesforce-powered solutions that drive ROI. You will play a key role in product demonstrations, solution mapping, RFP responses, and technical consultation, ensuring Cloud Analogy is positioned as the trusted Salesforce partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to gather business and technical requirements and align them with Salesforce capabilities.
- Conduct Salesforce product demonstrations and present tailored use cases.
- Build solution blueprints covering Salesforce Clouds, integrations, and customization approaches.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Provide technical consultation on Salesforce products, features, and best practices.
- Partner with Delivery/Technical Architects to ensure accurate scoping and seamless project handover.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, industry trends, and ecosystem innovations.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce presales or solution consulting experience.
- Ability to translate client pain points into Salesforce-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Salesforce Consulting / Solutioning (preferably across multiple Salesforce Clouds).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect level) are highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to RFP/RFI processes, customer workshops, and solution demos.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
