Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and profitability of clinics in the Pune region.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities – tie-ups with hospitals, ENT specialists, and referral partners.
- Supervise and motivate the clinic teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members in achieving goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to propose business strategies.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence across clinics.
- Organize awareness programs, camps, and local marketing activities.
- Report business performance to senior management on a regular basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
