Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: years

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Location: Surat (Only surat located candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads from various bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
  • Project Estimation: Analyze project requirements and prepare cost and time estimates.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and voice calls to gather and clarify project requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and documentation of project scope.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create high-quality proposals, cover letters, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Bidding Platforms: Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus.
  • Client Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills for engaging with international clients.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month (depending on experience).
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
