Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets or sectors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
