1 To Make to do List (Full day work Schedule)
2 To do conduct departmental meeting (to review the sales activities of your team member on your team daily basis)
3 To Attend daily Company Meeting for the (10 Minutes/DOMS)
4 Review on Pending Quotations and order His/her own as well as team member
5 Attend new inquiry /Quotations/Sales Order at a timely manner
6 To do call with Customers generate an inquiry, convert in to the quotation and closed the order
7 To take follow up of Quotations (His/her own as well as team member)
8 To take a Payments follow ups for an outstanding payment
9 Meeting with the individual team member as on required
10 To prepare full day work report of his/her own as well as team member and submit to Management.
11 To Planned the daily/Monthly/quarterly revenue planning as per target
12 To make plan on sales target and distribute to the team as per their position and Division
13 Lead Generation: Marketing activity (ATL & BTL): to run the Marketing Campaign for Market Qualified Lead Generation
14 To Manage Filed Team with its Activity & Tour plan, & Fill up Filed Accomplishment report
15 To lead the events like Exhibition, Trade Show Etc.
16 To prepare & update sales & marketing materials like brochures, website, Presentation, Etc..
17 To review the sale activity of your team on a daily / Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly basis through MIS, and ensure your force are aligned their target
18 To Lead the sales and Marketing team front and ensures their motivation and willingness of your team remain all-time high for target achievements
19 To understand the Sales Cycle of the Organization and ensure enough resource are being allocated to complete the sales targets
20 To train the new / existing team members time to time, and do call/ field accompaniment with them to improve their sales efficiency / ratio
21 To train sales team on Objection Handling, Sales Drilling, Handling Rejection in life and Profession
22 To keep an Eagle Eye on Timely Receivables of the sales done by you and your team
23 To map the deviation in the customer satisfaction ratio, by conducting customer satisfaction feedback time to time
24 To Ensure that Existing customers Retains to the organization, to do so, ensure enough human resources are allocated to cater the existing customer's need
25 To upgrade own self on Technical/ Managerial Roles as and when required
26 To Provide Market Information, Competitor Information, new entrants info, in a structured manner to the management as and when it arrives to you from you and your team
27 To ensures Organization Policy, Processes and Values adhere by you and your team
28 To manage the HR Life Cycle of Sales Resources Actively.
