Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹85,000 (Depending on interview and experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Rajkot region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹85,000.00 per year
