Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving business objectives. Key daily activities include identifying potential markets, developing sales strategies, engaging with prospective customers, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves analyzing sales metrics, overseeing team performance, and implementing effective training programs to enhance sales skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to create and execute sales strategies.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making competencies in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in insurance or related financial services is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of local markets and an ability to identify and tap new opportunities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in relevant local languages in addition to English is highly desirable.
