Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
