We're looking for a driven
B2B Ad Sales Executive/Manager
to join our team at a leading enterprise technology B2B media company. You'll be responsible for leading our ad sales efforts, focusing on securing new business and nurturing key client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Monthly Budget
: 40-60k a month plus variable incentives on collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hit and exceed sales targets
on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Generate new business
by actively prospecting and cold-calling potential clients within your assigned territory or accounts. - Effectively assess client needs
and pitch our full suite of products, services, and solutions, including ad inventory, custom events, and content services. - Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships
with agencies and direct brands to ensure a high rate of repeat business. - Negotiate and close deals
, including pricing and contract terms. - Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client service. - Prepare and present compelling proposals,
presentations, and sales contracts. - Represent the company
at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. - Analyze sales data
to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Cross-sell content services
such as video production and social media marketing to both agencies and brands.
Skills and Experience:
- 4-6 years of proven experience in
B2B media sales
, with a strong track record of selling advertising space to agencies and brands. - Deep understanding of the
technology market
. - Exceptional communication skills
—both written and verbal. - Existing relationships with advertising agencies are highly desirable.
