Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Consultant – SaaS Sales who can drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic client engagement. In this role, you'll understand business challenges, position MyOperator's solutions effectively, and guide clients toward adopting our unified AI communication platform. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about SaaS, business consulting, and helping brands scale smarter through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Recommend MyOperator's SaaS solutions to address client needs and achieve business growth.
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule tailored product demos for key decision-makers.
  • Manage leads and opportunities effectively using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS Sales, Business Consulting, or B2B Lead Generation.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly within the technology or IT domain.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and professional email communication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in SaaS or Cloud-based solution sales.
  • Knowledge of solution-oriented or consultative selling frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate performance data and optimize conversion strategies.
