Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Consultant to play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding client needs, positioning our solutions, and building lasting relationships. If you are passionate about selling, technology, and business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and pain points to recommend the most suitable MyOperator solutions and generate revenue generation.
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule product demos with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Business Consulting, or Lead Generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in the SaaS or IT domain.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email communication is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a consultative approach to selling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in SaaS sales or business consulting.
  • Knowledge of solution-based or consultative selling techniques.
  • Analytical mindset to assess sales data and improve conversion strategies.
