Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, tracking sales performance, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Additional certifications in
Digital Marketing, AI Tools, or Data Analytics
will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of proven experience
in sales, business development, or digital marketing industry. - Minimum
2 years in a team handling / managerial role
. - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in
B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
. - Familiarity with
digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content, Branding, Automation tools)
.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong
leadership and team management
skills. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
abilities. - Knowledge of
digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing solutions, and analytics tools
. - Ability to design and execute
sales strategies for different business verticals
. - Strong
analytical & problem-solving mindset

CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital reporting systems
