We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
IT Sales Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a good understanding of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT products, software, or services.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0–1 years for executive level) in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings when required.
