Inside Sales Executive

We have a strong track record of supporting enterprises, consulting firms, and government clients with time-critical, high-volume hiring programs in technologies such as Agile, Cloud, Java, BI, Integration, Cyber Security, and more.
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive (Recruitment Services) to join our team and strengthen our client acquisition and engagement efforts.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across Australia and European markets in IT recruitment and staffing.
 - Drive lead generation campaigns through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
 - Confidently make cold calls to decision-makers (Talent Acquisition, HR, Delivery Managers, and CIO/CTO offices).
 - Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings/demos for senior leadership.
 - Maintain strong relationships with prospects and develop a network of IT hiring decision-makers.
 - Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align lead generation with business priorities.
 - Use structured sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Consultative, etc.) to achieve measurable outcomes.
 - Update and manage CRM/ATS with accurate pipeline and activity tracking.
 - Meet and exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings set, and revenue pipeline generated.
 
- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development, ideally in IT recruitment or staffing services.
 - Exposure to Australia and/or European markets is highly desirable.
 - Demonstrated success in cold calling and appointment setting with senior stakeholders.
 - Hands-on experience in lead research, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting tools.
 - Proven track record of meeting KPIs and contributing to revenue generation.
 - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a consultative approach.
 - Ability to work independently, with resilience and persistence in sales outreach.
 - Existing network of IT hiring managers, TA/HR leaders, or consulting firms will be a strong advantage.
