About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers and support overall business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce company offerings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and customer information.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and sales pitches.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements
:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory
