Role Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting sales growth in the India market, with scope to extend efforts to the European market as business expands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers in the Industrial Equipment, General/Special Machinery, and Automotive domains.
  • Draft professional client communication including introductory mails, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns using tools.
  • Work closely with the business development and technical teams to align on client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (Salesforce) with accurate lead information.
  • Track and report sales activities, conversion ratios, and market insights.
  • Requirements
  • 2–4 years of inside sales experience (preferably in B2B, engineering, or technology consulting domains).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Domain exposure in Industrial Equipment, General/Special Machinery, or Automotive industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and present them effectively to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with international exposure.
