We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
As an inbound Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, processing orders, and offering product information with patience and empathy.
Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Resolve product or service issues raised by customers efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about Flo Mattress products, policies, and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and refunds as per company guidelines.
- Log and document customer interactions and feedback systematically.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
Chat Support Executive :-
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through WhatsApp and email promptly.
- Provide accurate details on products, orders, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Log all interactions and update customer records in the CRM.
- Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand tone in responses.
Walk - In :
Days :- Tuesday to wednesday
Timing :- 3pm to 5pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹26,000.00 per month
