**Job Title**: Customer Support
**Location**: Mumbai (Matunga West)
**Work Days**: Monday-Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
**Saturday**: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
**Experience Required**: 2+ years
**Salary**: Based on previous compensation and performance in the interview
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, responding promptly to inquiries and guiding them throughout their journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding support and maintain client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with partners, associates, and university representatives to ensure students receive all necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may affect clients.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in customer service (voice) or sales roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive
- Strong passion for the education sector and a genuine interest in helping students
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
