We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Customer Support Intern** to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with daily customer support operations, responding to customer inquiries, and gaining hands-on experience in customer service. This is a great opportunity to learn about customer relations, problem-solving, and communication within a business setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Customer Support team in responding to customer queries, providing solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests using CRM software.
- Help monitor and track common customer issues, providing feedback for improvement.
- Contribute to building knowledge base articles, FAQs, and product guides for customers.
- Collaborate with different teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on enhancing customer support processes and improving customer satisfaction.
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude with a desire to help and solve problems.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM software or helpdesk tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
