Real Estate Sales Consultant

Position: Commercial Real Estate Leasing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source commercial properties such as office, retail, and warehouse spaces across Chennai.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals to maintain a strong client pipeline.
Conduct property visits, negotiate lease terms, and close deals with landlords and tenants.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and corporate clients for inspections and deal finalization.
Prepare property proposals, lease agreements, and follow up for documentation.
Maintain updated records of available properties and client requirements.
Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate brokerage or advisory firm (commercial leasing preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of Chennai's commercial property market.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
