Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Frontline Sales Professional with strong experience in residential real estate sales. The role involves end-to-end handling of leads, customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures for our premium apartment, villa, high-rise, and MSB projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins, and assigned leads.
  • Conduct project presentations and guide customers on features, pricing, floor plans, approvals, and payment plans.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project options.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to booking and documentation.
  • Coordinate with CRM, Presales, and Channel Partner teams for smooth process flow.
  • Achieve monthly booking targets and contribute to project revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly update CRM with lead status.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance referrals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, villa sales, plot sales, multi-storey buildings (MSB), and high-rise projects.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
  • For AGM role: minimum 10 years of sales experience with 5+ years of team handling (10+ members).
  • For Frontline Sales Executive / Sr. Executive / AM / DM / Manager role: minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
