Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. Responsibilities include leading and We are seeking
experienced and target-driven sales professionals
at multiple levels — from
Frontline Sales Executives
to
Assistant General Managers – Sales
— to drive our residential real estate business in Chennai. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in real estate sales, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to close deals..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • For senior roles (AGM level):
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with management for pricing, promotions, and market insights.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in
    residential sales, villa sales, plot sales, multi-storey buildings (MSB), and high-rise projects
    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of the
    Chennai real estate market
    .
  • For AGM role: minimum
    10 years
    of sales experience with
    5+ years of team handling (10+ members)
    .
  • For Frontline Sales Executive / Sr. Executive role: minimum
    3 years
    of real estate sales experience.
  • Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
