The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. Responsibilities include leading and We are seeking

Frontline Sales Executives
to
Assistant General Managers – Sales
— to drive our residential real estate business in Chennai. The ideal candidates should have strong experience in real estate sales, a customer-centric approach, and a proven ability to close deals..
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- For senior roles (AGM level):
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with management for pricing, promotions, and market insights.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in
residential sales, villa sales, plot sales, multi-storey buildings (MSB), and high-rise projects
. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the
Chennai real estate market
. - For AGM role: minimum
10 years
of sales experience with
5+ years of team handling (10+ members)
. - For Frontline Sales Executive / Sr. Executive role: minimum
3 years
of real estate sales experience. - Ability to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
