Key responsibilities:


• Lead and manage a team of telesales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


• Drive client acquisition strategies through site visits, meetings, and digital platforms.


• Identify prospective investors and guide them on suitable investment options in premium real estate markets (Dubai & India).


• Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams.


• Regularly train and mentor the sales team for high performance.


• Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.


• Conduct and participate in property exhibitions, webinars, and client presentations.


• Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sale engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the real estate sector/ insurance/ banking.
  • Strong understanding of off-plan, luxury, or international real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital outreach.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and target-driven.
