Elevator Sales Executive

Experienced Elevator Sales Executive with a strong background in promoting elevator and escalator solutions, generating new business, and managing client relationships. Skilled in understanding technical specifications, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver customized vertical-transportation solutions. Proven ability to achieve sales targets, develop long-term customer partnerships, and support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and modernization services
  • Meet with architects, builders, contractors, and facility managers to understand project needs
  • Prepare technical presentations, quotations, and tender documents
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and pipeline management
