Summary/Overview:
The Sales Executive (SE) is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth
within the assigned region. This position is accountable for developing and executing sales
strategies to achieve regional targets. The SE will focus on building new dealer dealership
network, expanding market share, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales
processes, focusing on retail sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales
cycle, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
- Responsibilities:
● Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring
accurate forecasting, efficient lead qualification, and effective deal
closure.
● New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
● Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive
analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
● Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports,
analyzing
● Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment
and achieve company goals.
● Primary & Secondary: Need to look after primary sales as well as secondary
sales.
- Qualifications:
● Education: Any bachelor's degree.
● Experience: 12 months' experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success.
● Skills:
○ Excellent communication
○ Fluent in regional languages.
○ Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
○ Willing to travel within state or interstate.
- Compensation:
● Total Fixed Pay: Monthly gross salary will be Rs25000. Probation period of Six
Months. Incentives and benefits (will be discussed in interview)
● Variable Component: After crossing certain sale target. Will be discussed in interview.
